Jacob S. Bjønness-Jacobsen provides expertise in the form of strategic advice on the structuring of organisations and transactions, crisis management and dispute resolution, compliance and investigation. He has extensive experience from directorships, management roles, as well as teaching and tutoring students. He assists Grette’s clients on the organisation of contract negotiations, strategy and analysis, restructuring and refocusing processes, operational audits and investigations in various contexts. He is admitted to the Supreme Court and serves as counsel in company and contract law disputes before the courts and in arbitrations. Jacob is the author of the only textbook on investigations under corporate law in Norway, Gransking etter aksjelovene, published by Universitetsforlaget/Juridika in 2022. Together with Henning Brath, Jacob will in 2023 publish a commentary textbook on the the Act relating to Foundations. Furthermore, he has written the Norwegian contribution to WorldECR: Managing Investigations – Best practice in Government and Internal Investigations.

Johan Christian Kongsli
Johan Christian Kongsli advises commercial banks, savings banks and other financial institutions in relation to the issuance of covered bonds, formation of derivatives agreements, drafting of loan documentation, due diligence investigations in connection with mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital adequacy requirements and other regulatory issues. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Astrophysics, and was formerly a financial analyst in London for a US Private Equity firm specialising in the acquisition and restructuring of property companies in the European market.

Lise Sofie Stene specializes in real estate transactions, leases, corporate law and commercial property law. She also has extensive expertise in property development, including structuring development projects and investments, and preparation of shareholder agreements for joint ventures. Additionally, she works with ESG and energy issues related to the real estate sector. Lise has significant experience with various types of lease agreements, and has negotiated several lease agreements for large rehabilitation projects and projects under construction. Lise is well-known in the real estate industry and has been handling several large and high-profile transactions the last years. She is recognized for her commercial approach combined with professional expertise. She is frequently invited to speak at events within the real estate industry, including for the Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents, Juristenes Utdanningssenter and Senter for Eiendomsfag. She is also one of the network leaders for JUC’s professional network for commercial leasing.

Odd Stemsrud
Odd Stemsrud assists companies globally, as well as at the European and Norwegian level. He has about 20 years of experience and has been in charge of some of the largest EEA/competition matters involving Norwegian companies. These include merger control at the European Commission, including global coordination, global cartel matters, as well as advice in EEA matters (internal market, competition and state aid) at the EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA). Other advice includes business development (market access), compliance and quality assurance of large projects. He has litigation experience from both the European Court of Justice and the EFTA Court.

Peter Lenda has worked dedicatedly with ICT law issues for over 20 years. Previously, Peter has been head of Group Procurement IT at DNB, where he was commercially and contractually responsible for IT acquisitions of NOK 3-4 billion annually. In recent years, the focus has been on modernization in the public and private sectors to ensure digitization and innovation through the use of cloud services and cloud platforms. He has in-depth experience from both the supplier side and the customer side and experience from public activities. Peter's unique expertise relates in particular to various digitization processes, where IT law goes hand in hand with procurement law and privacy law.
Silje Grimseth Ullebust
Silje Grimseth Ullebust is a specialist within public procurement and has extensive experience with both consultancy and dispute resolution in this field. Her background also includes contract law and construction law, and she has wide knowledge with a number of forms of contract. Silje assists both public and private clients in the practical handling of the procurement regulations in all phases of the process – from the planning stage to the implementation of competition and entering into contract. This applies to the entering into all forms of contract, such as procurement of goods, services as well as various building and construction contracts including licensing contracts. She also has wide experience in handling appeal processes (including appeals to the Public Procurement Appeals Board), as well as dispute resolution and legal proceedings concerning public procurement.

Skule Bakka is a spesialist in contract and construction law. He assists clients in all phases of contract execution, including contract drafting and negotiations, project implementation and final settlements. Skule has extensive industrial experience and industry understandings from his previous positions as legal director at Caverion Norway AS and lawyer at Siemens Oil & Gas. He has very good knowledge of the mechanisms and value chain in larger companies and has extensive experience as a commercial and strategic advisor and sparring partner. Skule also has extensive experience with fabrication, industrial and delivery contracts, both within offshore and land-based operations. Furthermore, he has broad experience in several other legal fields, such as M&A, compliance and privacy.

She holds extensive experience in assisting on large construction projects within transport and infrastructure, including the development of PPP contracts and other construction contracts, as well as ongoing advice and dispute handling. Solfrid holds extensive experience assisting public clients in infrastructure, having worked for Sporveien Oslo AS and Statnett SF. With her industry insight and project experience, Solfrid sees the client’s needs and focuses on offering legal advice that is commercially viable.

Thomas Andreassen leads Grette's advisory team for the fisheries and aquaculture industry. He works with regulatory issues, contracts, disputes and transactions for players in several parts of the value chain in these industries. Thomas is known for providing sharp commercial and strategic advice to enhance value creation for his clients. He serves as the chairman and holds board positions in several companies, including seafood companies,  slaughterhouse, processing and land-based facilities.
