Kari-Ann Mosti is a VAT specialist. She also advises on other types of indirect taxes.

Kari-Ann holds extensive experience from advising large and SME companies in Norway and abroad. She assists clients with VAT issues in a range of industries. She has particularly worked with real estate transactions, property development, financial services, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and cross-border transactions. She assists in audits, due diligence, correspondence with tax authorities, dispute resolution and more. Kari-Ann regularly holds training courses and has published several articles on topics involving indirect taxes.
