Julien Bogaerts specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, banking law, and financial law. Julien focuses on complex corporate and finance matters. His expertise covers international and domestic mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, public take-overs, and capital markets work. He regularly assists clients in the restructuring, acquisition, or sale of Belgian enterprises. Julien also litigates these issues before Belgian courts and Belgian and international arbitration tribunals.
