Career

Irène has a strong expertise in public law in the broadest sense. For many years, she has been assisting public and private clients with excellence and pragmatism, qualities that she owes to her profession as a lawyer but also to her academic role within two renowned law faculties. In particular, she has extensive experience in public procurement, public bodies, civil service, public real estate and regulation of the electronic and communications sectors. She also assists numerous public and private clients in their litigation procedures before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court and the civil courts. She distinguishes herself by excellent legislative drafting skills. In this field, she regularly assists public authorities with the drafting of laws, decrees, regulations and statutory instruments and provides training in legislative drafting techniques.
