Career

Benjamin Marthoz specializes in all areas of litigation/dispute resolution, with also a special experience in administrative and public law. He combines practical experience and skills in litigation in front of the courts with a clear understanding of his clients’ markets. Benjamin advises on regulations and litigation with regard to civil and commercial matters, administrative law matters, including public procurement, town and country planning, competition, telecom, public contracts, tax litigation, and public service employment.
