Career

Tom Storck guides multinational companies and private equity firms through complex cases concerning business transactions and corporate law. Tom’s primary focus is on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings, and joint ventures. Tom is also active in the area of commercial and social litigation. Furthermore, Tom advises and represents clients in matters relating to employment law. He specifically has a broad experience in individual and collective employment law. Tom also defends his clients’ interests in complex litigation matters with respect to employment law issues, including pension schemes.
