Partner. Mr Lars Eirik Gåseide Røsås advises a number of listed companies regarding Securities Law and Corporate Law issues, in both ongoing advice and in connection with transactions. Through his presence in London, he has a particular responsibility for cross-border advice, plus maintaining and developing Thommessen's international network. Mr Røsås heads Thommessen's London office.
