Anders Arnkværn

Andreas Meidell

Mr Meidell works mainly on commercial insurance claims and coverage issues, such as marine/energy insurance, property and liability insurance, cargo insurance, as well as reinsurance. He is also a frequent litigator and appointed arbitrator in Norwegian and international arbitrations. He is also a member of The Norwegian Maritime Law Association (CMI). Mr Meidell heads Thommessen’s practice area of Insurance.

Partner. Audun primarily advises Norwegian and foreign companies within Oil and Gas and within Oil Service. He assists oil companies with a broad variety of regulatory issues relating to the concession system and the joint operating agreement, including necessary contacts and intervention with the authorities including the MPE and other governmental bodies. Mrs Vislie heads Thommessen's IP and Technology practice. She works mainly with patent, trademark and copyright litigation, for clients within different sectors like commerce, technology and media. She has many years experience from the Norwegian Bar Association’s Expert Committee on IP Law, and is frequently used as speaker on IP related issues.

Camilla Hammer Solheim

Christopher Borch

Partner. Mr Chris Borch mainly works with purchase and sale, development, leasing, and syndication of commercial property. Christopher Sparre-Enger Clausen

Partner. Christopher heads Thommessen’s Technology and Data Protection practice group and specialises within M&A, technology and data protection law. He has extensive experience from both domestic and international M&A and IT-projects, and regularly provide clients with legal and strategic advise within a broad range of areas relating to digitalisation and technology, such as data protection, cybersecurity, outsourcing, licensing, cloud computing, software development, as well as IP and regulatory matters pertaining to IT and telecommunications.

Mr Einar Grette's practice focuses on financing and restructuring in the bank- and bond markets, including national and international loan agreements, syndicated facilities and bond issuances. Henning Harborg

Kristoffer Hegdahl

Partner. Kristoffer has extensive experience from domestic and cross-border financing transactions, acting for banks and corporates. Mrs Teigum acts as an advisor and litigator in procurement matters, and is top ranked within these areas. Thomas Abrahamsen

Partner. Thomas is a corporate generalist attorney with substantial transaction experience, in particular within the upstream oil and gas-, oil service-, industrial- and tech sectors. His broad M&A and corporate law practice includes corporate deals, asset transactions, fundraising processes and restructurings. He has been advising E&P companies on a range of issues, including a substantial number of license/asset transactions on the NCS. Tron is a recognized employment law adviser to Norwegian and international companies.
