Lara is a Director in Deloitte Legal's Corporate and M&A team of lawyers.

She consistently assists clients on large and complex national or international group restructurings. She has developed a broad expertise in the area of restructurings, including mergers, de-mergers, transfer of universality and of branch of activity, opening of a branch or a subsidiary, incorporation and liquidation of companies, as well as in all other fields of corporate law (capital increase, decrease, transfer of shares, drafting of intra group agreements, etc.).
