Position
Luc is Of Counsel in the Tax Dispute Resolution and Tax Advisory teams of lawyers within Deloitte Legal. He is a leading expert in Belgian and international tax.
Career
Luc is the author of numerous articles on Belgian, international and European tax law. In 2008 he published the book “Tax Planning and the Prevention of Tax Avoidance”. Luc chaired a seminar on state aid at the 2015 IFA Congress in Basel, Switzerland. He was awarded the Mitchell B. Carroll Prize of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in 1988 for his manual on cross-border leasing between Belgium and the United States.
