Head of Employment Law and Benefits

Founding Partner and Head of Labour practice area at CTSU – Sociedade de Advogados, a Deloitte Legal practice.

Pedro has been actively providing advice to clients in various areas of Labour Law, Labour Litigation, Collective Agreements and Social Security Law, both under Portuguese and Angolan law. He has been providing legal advice on a regular basis to several clients’ Human Resources departments, particularly regarding the organization and restructuring of its Human Resources, at the level of both individual and collective labour relations. He has also been involved in matters relating to the international mobility of employees, the set-up of innovative rewarding schemes and ancillary contributive means such as pension funds.

He has also been coordinating several Legal and Labour Due Diligence projects.

Pedro was awarded as Lawyer of the Year, in the Social Security category, by Iberian Lawyers Labour Awards, 2020.

Pedro was awarded as Lawyer of the Year, in the Litigation category, by Iberian Lawyers Labour Awards, 2021.
