Miguel is a Partner at CTSU – Sociedade de Advogados, the Deloitte Legal practice in Portugal and the Head of the Firm’s Oporto Office.

Miguel has over 20 years experience in corporate law and M&A, corporate governance, international contracts and transportation law.

He has been involved in several high profile M&A transactions, in several sectors, representing national and international clients including companies listed in Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and Euronext 100.

Miguel has advised a number of direct foreign investments in Portugal, in sectors such as automotive, food distribution, IT, real estate and tourism. He is also experienced in corporate restructuring projects.

Since 2013 that he is a guest lecturer at Porto Business School, in the post-graduation course in Project Management.
