Ardian has more than 9 years of experience in employment and corporate governance and commercial law. He is the leader of Kosovo team of Deloitte Legal.

He also has extensive experience in project and corporate finance, M&A, competition law, privacy law and profound knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector, energy and electronic communication.

Due to his experience in private and public/judicial sector, Ardian has a profound understanding of the legislation and practice, and in close cooperation with other legal and tax team members advises national and multinational companies of various industries for wide range of legal advisory services.
