He has been engaged in legal due diligence and drafting/negotiation on M&A-related contracts (stock purchase agreement, investment agreement, shareholder agreement, etc.) in acquisition deals, as well as structuring-analysis and drafting of corporate documents in organizational restructuring (merger, stock-for-stock exchange, company-split and business transfer, etc.).
