Hirokazu is a partner of finance practice at Deloitte Legal, Japan. Before joining Deloitte, he has worked at US and Japan leading law firms. After qualified in 1996, he has been involved in both domestic and cross-border finance transactions, financial institutions regulatory issues, real estate transactions, project development, M&A, corporate restructuring, derivatives, and related disputes.
