Paola has more than 17 years of experience in Argentine corporate and commercial law. She has extensive experience both in advising international clients investing into Argentina and Argentine-based multinationals. Her experience covers a wide range of industries, including non-alcoholic beverages, cement, dairy, mining, fishing, and consumer food product, among others.

She has been involved in advising on numerous international group reorganizations and acquisitions.She provides advice on national and international business agreements and corporate matters to a great number of clients.She has also worked extensively in compliance matters, having created and implemented in-house programs on various substantive matters, and having drafted policy manuals geared at fostering client compliance.
