Bernardo Martinez Rivas  is a Partner in our Labor and Employment Practice in Mexico since May 2020.

He has more than 21 years of experience in labor and employment advice for national and international companies. Bernardo has participated in different industries such as: pharmaceutical, oil and gas, manufacturing industries, energy, software and hardware, financial, among others. Significant services and labor and employment legal advice. His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, carve out procedures, vendor due diligence, Experience in labor litigation as a practitioner lawyer, collective labor law, Expatriate labor advice, individual labor relations, labor and employment negotiations with senior executives, negotiations with unions, compliance with labor processes and policies, including Inspections by the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare, specialist in labor advice for the compliance of Data Privacy Law.  

Bernardo has a wide range of experience on advising numerous, complex national and international business transactions in the area of labor due diligence.
