Erika has more than 20 years of  experience providing immigration advice and assistance to multinational organizations. supporting them to have the highest level of compliance in accordance with the Immigration Law, taking care above all of the reputation of the clients before the Immigration authorities

She has an active participation in several forums as Americas ERC Mobility Conference and Americas GES Client Conferences. In 2011 actively participate on the discussions on the creation of the current Immigration Law.

Over the last 4 years, Erika has been working very closely with the Deloitte Immigration global team and In that time, she has developed a deep understanding of clients needs from a global perspective.
