Mr. Lin is licensed to practice law in Mainland China and BC, Canada. Mr. Lin has more than 20 years of working experience with law firms in Mainland China, Canada and Singapore.

Mr. Lin's practice focuses primarily on wealth and succession planning, setup of the cross-border legal framework, family trust, inbound and outbound investment, and infrastructure investment and project financing.

Mr. Lin is specialized in assisting Chinese high-net-worth families with the protection and succession of their global assets, as well as helping the clients with their cross-border investments and projects financing.

Mr. Lin has provided legal services to more than 60 Chinese high-net-worth families.

Before joining Qinli, Mr. Lin was a Primary Partner in a top law firm in Mainland China in the past 10 years. Mr. Lin also served as the Managing Partner of the top law firm of its Guangzhou branch office.
