Ms. Ling holds PRC bar and she has nearly 20 years practice experience. She was a senior partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Ms. Ling’s practice mainly focuses on Private equity investment funds &corporate equity，Estate Planning, Protection& Inheritance. The legal services she provided includs legal due diligence, legal consulting, transaction structure design, negotiation, transaction document drafting, legal opinion and advisory memorandum issuing, etc. Ms. Ling is also specialized in litigation case involving family dispute.

Ms. Ling is a member of the Expert Team for Guangzhou International Investment Promotion Center. She was named as a Secretary-general of the Tenth Taxation Law Committee of Guangdong Lawyers Association.

Ms. Ling is Member of Legal Professional Committee of Guangdong Cloud Computing Application Association. She is also a member of the evaluation committee of Guangzhou Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film, Press and Publication. Ms. Ling is qualified as an independent director of a listed company.

Ms. Ling is enthusiastic about charitable assistance in education. She participated in re-establishment of the board of directors of her Alma mater, Dongshan Middle School. Ms. Ling participated in establishment of Dongshan Middle School Education Development Foundation and served as a director.
