Career

Ping is an experienced lawyer with Qin Li.  Ping has been practicing law for over 16 years and joined Qin Li in 2018.

Ping primarily focuses on merger & acquisition/restructuring/joint venture (outbound investment by PRC enterprises, and foreign direct investment), private equity investment and financing, and PRC regulatory and compliance advisory.  She provides legal services for foreign and PRC clients during the whole cycle of a corporate transaction, including legal due diligence, structuring, negotiation, documentation drafting, closing and post-closing integration.

Ping is specialized in renewable energy, climate change and carbon credit trading.  Ping assisted foreign and PRC investors in direct investment in renewable energy industry in China and overseas, and advised on more than 300 clean development mechanism (CDM) projects in China for key carbon funds, international banks, financial institutions and compliance buyers to purchase carbon credits.
