Xiangyang has 30 years of experience of assisting clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures and other types of investments, focusing on industries including energy, mineral resources an consumer.  He has been appointed as Legal Counsel by the Hunan Provincial People's Government. He is an arbitrator of Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. He was also a specially-invited professor at Tsinghua University Law School.  Prior to joining Deloitte Legal in 2018, Mr. Ge was a partner with Mayer Brown LLP and Baker McKenzie LLP. He is recognized by IFLR 1000, Chambers Asia Pacific and AP Legal 500.
