Ivan is a qualified attorney-at-law, primarily focused on assisting clients in wide scope of general corporate matters and corporate transactions.

He regularly advises both domestic and international clients in relation to legal aspects of their businesses in Croatia, regardless of whether the client is only entering the market or having a well-established business already. Our clients recognise him as a calm, authoritative and constructive advisor, focused on collaborate solutions ensuring that deals are executed efficiently and smoothly.

Ivan also servs as an active member of the firm’s Compliance team, which advises clients on regulatory matters under Croatian and European law. In that part of his work, Ivan has experience with matters concerning personal data (GDPR) and market of medicinal products and medical devices.

He graduated at the Faculty of Law, University of Rijeka where he was ranked top 1% of his class, and he holds a several academic recognitions. Before joining Deloitte Legal in cooperation with Croatian lawyers, he spent six years practicing as an associate/attorney-at-law in a regional law firm.
