Career

Dulce joined Deloitte Legal in 2015 and she leads the IP&IT Law practice of Deloitte Legal in Spain. She holds more than 28 years of experience in all areas of Intellectual Property (litigation & drafting agreements), mainly patents, trademarks, and copyright. Dulce is also an expert in the legal aspects of intangibles taxation. She was appointed by the European Commission (DG Research & Innovation) as a member of the group of independent experts on intellectual property valuation. Her advice covers a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, mechanical, medical devices, and engineering.

She has been singled out as a leading lawyer in the industrial property field by the most important directories, including Chambers&Partners Europe and Global, Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Leaders League.
