Partner and Head of Employment & Benefits

Alessandra joined Deloitte Legal in 2021 as a Partner.

Alessandra, former founding partner with Prof. Munari of Studio MGMP, is an expert in employment law. She advises and assists employers in the legal management of human resources, industrial relations and union negotiations.

She also advises on employment law issues in the context of the movement of companies and business units, including procedures, drafting and management of agency, distribution, service contracting and event organization contracts.

She also deals with safety at work issues related to the administrative liability of entities under Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Alessandra graduated cum laude from the University of Genoa, and she has been a member of the Italian Bar since 1991 (admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation since 2009). She is speaker and/or moderator in several conferences including:
