Cynthia is the Legal Leader of Deloite Legal Argentina. Her main focus areas are M&A, Corporate and Tax Law and Tax Controversy.

She has more than 10 years of experience in Corporate Law and Tax Law advising international clients investing in Argentina and advising Argentine-based multinationals doing business outside Argentina. Her experience covers a wide range of industries. She has been involved in numerous international and domestic group reorganizations and acquisitions. She gives lectures organized by Deloitte and wrote several newspaper articles. She teaches at Universidad del CEMA since 2016.She started her carrier working at the Federal Tax Court (2007-2008). Later on she joined Beccar Varela (2008-2011) and due to a spin off in 2011 she became a senior associate at Tanoira Cassagne Abogados (2011-2015).
