Kathy has over 20 years of experience in corporate law and was a partner at one of South Africa’s leading law firms prior to joining Deloitte. She has considerable experience in advising corporates on all aspects of company law and, in particular, on mergers and acquisitionsas well as restructurings and reorganisations of group companies. She has advised a number of clients in relation to inward investment into South Africa, including Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.
