Greenille Private Client

Patrizia is a Director in Conflict Handling within the Greenille Private Client team. She has a vast experience in both litigation and serving private clients.

She developed her litigation skills as a tax litigation lawyer in leading law firms, amongst which Deloitte Legal - Lawyers. She was also active in the estate planning industry within private banking within a leading Private Bank for five years. She combines an in-depth knowledge of both tax law and civil law.

She focusses on assisting private clients in potential or existing, national or international issues regarding their personal status, their families or their family enterprises: residence or citizenship, parenthood and parental responsibility, marital or cohabitation contracts, divorce or separation, inheritance and gift (tax) quarrels.

She regularly publishes articles and is a member of the editorial committee of Tijdschrift voor Fiscaal Recht.
