Career
Tomas Mieliauskas leads Deloitte Legal Lithuanian Corporate and M&A service line. He has more than 17 years of experience in advising companies on various business law matters. Tomas was leading lawyer teams advising on a wide range of transactions, including public and private M&A (both domestic and cross-border), joint ventures in various industries and equity issues, as well as demergers, restructurings, liquidation and corporate advisory work. On a number of occasions, he has advised local and international PE/VC funds ensuring a security of their investments and helping portfolio companies to comply with the set requirements. Tomas is also experienced in solving disputes between shareholders and in advising on solutions enabling avoidance of potential controversies.
