Gintare Stoniene is a Managing Associate leading Employment & Immigration service line in Deloitte Legal.
Gintare has over 8 years of professional experience in advising international and local companies on employment and immigration related assignments, including those resulting from intra‑corporate transfers worldwide, cross-border mergers, spin-offs, etc.
In the 2018 edition of The Legal 500 (EMEA) Gintare was listed among the "Next generation lawyers".
In 2017 Gintare successfully participated in the lobbying of amendments to immigration laws and advised on transposition of the EU Directive 2014/66/EU (ICT Directive) into the national laws of Lithuania. Gintare has also been contributing to the project “Doing Business 2018” of The World Bank in the field of employment law. In August of 2016 Gintare improved her qualifications in Cambridge, UK.
