He regularly provides assistance with the internal restructuring of companies in the same group and the analysis of alternatives combining corporate changes and restructuring for the purpose of financial group simplification. Róbert has extensive experience in assisting foreign companies structuring their investments in Slovakia. He has also extensive experience in immigration law where he assists global and multinational companies to relocate employees from third countries. Róbert advises clients on various employment matters including the Švarc system issues, the preparation of master employment documentation for clients in various industries, as well as their internal labour regulations and policies, and also day-to day labour matters. Róbert also advises companies acting as temporary employment agencies with respect to conducting business in Slovakia as well as other countries. He has extensive experience in litigation and tax litigation procedures, where he has provided advisory and assisted major national, as well as international, companies. He has represented clients in administrative proceedings, in assessing decisions by the tax authorities, and before the Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic.
