Attorney at Law with experience in corporate matters, labor, migratory, as well as in judicial proceedings in labor and social security issues.

He provides consulting services to local and international companies in due diligence matters, the evaluation of companies to be acquired, both from the buyer and seller perspectives, designing labor contracts, settlements, employers substitutions and the defense of labor lawsuits of international entities and performance of audits to determine the compliance of the regulations in Guatemala.
