Senior Associate

Veljko Nešić is an independent attorney at law, practicing in cooperation with Deloitte Serbia.

Veljko predominantly deals with corporate, commercial and banking & finance matters, advising both corporate clients and public authorities.

His experience includes setting-up the project and the project company for development of a pioneer industrial park in Belgrade, participation in the entire transaction process for the sale of shares in the largest Serbian state-owned bank and advising on all Serbian and Montenegrin law aspects of refinancing of one of the most significant retailers in the region.

Veljko has participated in a number of due diligence processes across different industries and has advised clients on various commercial and regulatory day-to-day tasks.

Also, Veljko regularly supports clients in relation to finance and foreign exchange issues.
