Sibongile is a transactional lawyer with 12 years mergers and acquisitions experience in respect of listed and unlisted companies in a variety of sectors.  Prior to joining Deloitte, Sibongile worked at one of South Africa’s largest law firms, as well as a leading global law firm. Sibongile also advises clients on a wide-range of day-to-day commercial matters, provide legal and regulatory advice and negotiates and drafts various forms of commercial agreements/documents.
