Sandra Laves is specialized in corporate law and M&A. Focus of her activities are corporate structuring advice as well as advise and design of (cross border) merger processes and transactions for strategic and PE investors. A further key aspect is the estate planning. Sandra studied law at the University of Münster. Before she successfully completed a dual study in economics at the Academy of Administration and Economics in Bochum (General Business Administrator (Industriekauffrau), Wirtschafts-Diplom Betriebswirtin (VWA)). She is appointed as Rechtsanwältin since 2004 and started working for Deloitte Legal. Sandra speaks German and English.
