Felix specializes in corporate law and M&A transactions. He has over 16 years of experience in advising domestic and international clients in all aspects of corporate law as well as complex cross-border M&A transactions and corporate restructurings where he frequently works as leader or member of multidisciplinary international teams. He also advises clients in all aspects of real estate law. For seven consecutive years, JUVE Guide to Commercial Law Firms in Germany, a leading directory, has been listing Felix as frequently recommended attorney for Corporate Law as well as M&A with competitors describing him as „quick, showing intelligence and a good sense of humor“, “competent and pragmatic“ as well as “assertive and internationally experienced”.

Felix joined Deloitte Legal Germany in 1999 and is a German qualified attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwalt) based in Düsseldorf.

Felix is fluent in German, English, Dutch and Spanish and has a solid command of Russian.

Felix is a member of the Dutch-German Association of Lawyers and head of the Deloitte Legal Germany Dutch Desk.

Felix received his legal education in Freiburg, Barcelona, Aruba, and Brussels. He worked as a Scientific Assistant at the Max-Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law.
