For more than 23 years Gregor has been acting for national and international companies and groups of companies regarding all corporate matters; among them multinational corporations, medium sized family businesses, municipal housing companies, private entities and infrastructural companies. He advises German and overseas companies on acquisitions, corporate law, restructurings as well as legal modeling and implementation of business processes. He has profound experience in dealing with international project management regarding corporate and M&A projects. He advises top-management teams in connection with private equity transactions.

Besides German, Gregor speaks fluent English and Italian.

Gregor is a member of the International Bar Association, the German Institute for Arbitration (Deutsches Institut zur Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit) as well as of the Comité Francais de l’Arbitrage.

Gregor studied law at the universities of Bonn, Freiburg, Florence and Rome.
