Tomas has over 15 years' professional experience. Before Deloitte, Tomas worked as the Senior Associate in Sorainen law firm for 7 years, where he managed tax practice and was in charge of corporate practices as well. Since joining Deloitte in 2007, Tomas advises international and large local companies in acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings and corporate compliance. He assists clients with negotiations, sales and service agreements, transaction document drafting, forensic issues and employment-related issues. Tomas' experience in tax law increases the synergy between Deloitte Tax and Legal practices, enabling to offer sophisticated and custom-tailored solutions to clients.

Tomas' areas of expertise include Mergers and Acquisitions; Corporate Law; Employment Law and Contract Law.
