Senior Managing Associate

Łukasz is a legal adviser and Managing Associate in the Krakow office of Deloitte Legal. Łukasz has over nine years of professional experience and specialises in reorganisation of capital groups, focusing on family businesses and their preparation for succession.

Łukasz deals with matters relating to corporate law, legal support of M&A transactions and real estate transactions. He also participates in projects involving development of share and ownership management policies, succession planning with the use of legal tools, as well as joint ventures.

A graduate of law from the Jagiellonian University, finance and accounting from the Cracow University of Economics and the School of American Law run by The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.
