Marek is a litigation lawyer (advocate and tax advisor) with 20 years of experience in representing business entities in proceedings before courts and public administration bodies.

At Deloitte he leads a team of over 30 lawyers specializing in litigation law. He has appeared as an attorney, among others, before the Court of Justice of the European Union (in cases C-30/17 and C-140/17), the European Court of Human Rights (in property protection cases), the Constitutional Tribunal (SK 14/12 and K 17/18) and in numerous proceedings before public administration authorities, administrative courts, civil courts and in commercial arbitration. He also acts as a defense counsel in criminal proceedings concerning financial and economic matters and advises on the liability of management board members.
