Senior Associate

In March 2020, Luizita joined Deloitte Legal Albania and Kosovo, having previously worked for two years in the in-house legal department of one of the largest investment-management companies in Albania.

Her area of expertise includes commercial law, fintech, media law, information and communication technology law, cybersecurity law & policy, as well as data protection.

Luizita provides our clients with everyday legal advice, as well as support for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts. She also offers guidance on regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on data protection compliance.

She is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team and enjoys coaching and mentoring the new colleagues.

She is a native speaker of Albanian and fluent in English.

Luizita holds a law degree and a master’s degree from the University of Tirana and has recently completed an LL.M. program at Católica Global School of Law in Lisbon, Portugal, where her studies focused on "Law in the Digital Economy".

Luizita is a avid traveler and an urban & street photography enthusiast.
