Associate

Ornela Lleshi has worked as an Associate at Deloitte Legal for the last three years.

Her area of expertise includes immigration matters, commercial law solutions, corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions transactions, regulatory and compliance procedures, employment relations, etc.

Ornela is part of the Immigration team providing legal advice on immigration procedures and recently she has been assisting international clients/multinational companies with compliance with the newly enacted Law on Beneficial Owners in the Republic of Albania.

She enjoys mentoring new hires and helping them to adapt quickly to office dynamics.

She serves as a mentor to newly hired employees, imparting to them the necessary tools and knowledge to assimilate into the office culture.
