Of Counsel

Andrea joined Deloitte Legal in 2021 as Of Counsel.

Andrea is an expert in employment law. He assists national and multinational companies in the choices related to the ordinary and extraordinary management of human resources. He is focused in the field of labor law, in  particular with reference to extraordinary operations and second level collective bargaining. Moreover, he contributed in the stipulation of innovative proximity collective agreements having as their object the personalization of contractual types applied in specific industrial realities and the implementation of agile work as a tool of business competitiveness.

He is a member of the board of directors of the Abruzzo and Molise section of AIDP (Italian Association for Personnel Management) and is a member of AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani).

Andrea graduated from the University of Macerata and, in 2006, he obtained a PhD in Civil Law in the constitutional legality at the University of Camerino.

He is a lecturer in Labour Law at the Faculty of Law of the LUM University of the Mediterranean and he has held positions as contract professor, always in the field of labour law.
