Aigerim has experience of participating in negotiations with largest international oil and gas companies, including the North Caspian project, contractors of the Karachaganak project, as a result of which agreements on the settlement of disputes were concluded.

Aigerim also has an extensive experience of participation in various audits of oil and gas operations, preparing opinions and clarifications on subsoil use issues, including those related to environmental regulation, transfer of property and assets, product sharing, taxation, transportation, marketing, etc.
