Florentina coordinates the competition law, employment law and insolvency law practices and is an attorney at law with an experience of over 20 years and member of the Bucharest Bar since 2003.

Focusing on competition law, she assisted some of the largest Romanian banks in the investigation of the Competition Council on the market of financial leasing and consumer credit. She has also assisted a large Romanian bank, part of a multinational group in the implementation of a competition law compliance program. Regularly she assists clients in the financial sector in dealing with various competition law issues triggered within the context of M&A work.

Florentina serves a significant number of clients on day-to-day employment matters as well as on more sensitive and complex aspects like transfer of employees in the context of transfer of undertakings, stock options plans or non-discrimination matters.

Florentina is the coordinator of the Competition Law working group at the level of Deloitte Central Europe and part of the management team of the Centre of Expertise in Competition law of Deloitte Legal network.
