Aleksandre is a Lawyer Assistant at Deloitte Georgia. His key areas of focus are corporate, M&A and contract law matters.

Prior to joining Deloitte Georgia, Aleksandre worked as a Lawyer at McGill LLC, a full service law firm.After joining Deloitte in March 2017, Aleksandre has been involved in different projects extending to different areas of law, including healthcare, communications, waste management, oil & gas, and competition law.He has also accumulated a considerable experience in conducting legal due diligence and drafting share purchase agreements.
