Partner in the international Tax practice of Deloitte Legal

Brian is currently the partner in Deloitte Legal in charge of the Spanish Tax practice and he leads a team close to 500 hundred tax experts in Spain.

Previously, Brian carried out his activity with the Deloitte firm in the United Kingdom until 1997, when he made his move to Spain. He is a specialist in the taxation of foreign investments in Spain (inbound), as well as Spanish investments abroad (outbound).

His areas of expertise include international tax planning, M&A corporate and business reorganization, compliance and control and tax accounting to Spanish and foreign multinationals. He has worked for clients mainly in the telecommunications and retail industries.

Legal 500, Best Lawyers and World Tax recognize him as one of Spain’s leading tax advisors.

He holds a degree in Law from the Strathclyde University of Scotland and a master´s degree in Tax from Centro de Estudios Tributarios.
