Sharon is an expert in complex multijurisdictional negotiations, and acts as company secretary for several corporates. She has coordinated and developed national and international processes of acquisition, divestment, collaboration between companies and restructuring, with participation in due diligence, preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements, such as SPAs, shareholders agreements and additional guarantee contracts. Also, she has advised clients in various aspects within commercial law, especially in corporate and contractual area, and is secretary or vice-secretary of various business groups.

She has a law degree from the University of Deusto, a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Deusto, a master´s degree in Business Legal Advice from the IE University (IE), and is Solicitor of England & Wales from the British College of Law.
