Managing Associate

Miglena Micheva is a Managing Associate in Deloitte Legal. She holds Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Miglena joined Deloitte in 2005 and has a specialized training in the fields of employment, personal data protection, litigation, mergers & acquisitions, acquisition finance. She has led several employment law, corporate and commercial projects and has provided advice to a portfolio of local and international clients regarding all aspects of their investments. Miglena is known for her excellent client service, based on her approach towards providing in-depth understanding of the clients’ businesses by demonstrating sufficient commercial awareness and vast knowledge in various of sectors. Miglena has a broad client pool from a variety of industries. She has been advising international and significant local clients in respect of complex legal matters. Miglena is overseeing the drafting of numerous red flag due diligence reports, as well as providing an on-going employment, corporate and data protection, legal assistance to the Deloitte’s clients. Her experience and understanding of the regulatory framework, encompassed with her ability to be flexible when responding to the client’s requests, enable her to be a preferred practitioner for high-end legal collaborations and engagements.
