Zvezdelina Filova is Deloitte's Legal Practice Leader in Bulgaria. She has more than 20 years of experience in various areas of law such as employment, commercial, IP, corporate, contractual, real estate, dispute resolution law. Prior to joining Deloitte Zvezdelina has acted as Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP – Bulgaria Branch since 2011 as part of the Commercial and Dispute Resolution practice group. Her major duties were focused on the provision of consultancy services in various legal matters, drafting legal documents and representation in court and arbitration proceedings.

Zvezdelina has been involved in the coordination and management of many due diligence projects in different industry sectors: real estate, telecommunications, manufacturing, etc. She was also responsible for drafting transactional documents. Zvezdelina provides legal support for the day-to-day activities of local and international clients operating in various business sectors: transport; beverage production, pharmaceuticals, financial services, IT services, etc.. Resting upon the vast experience within the litigation sector, Zvezdelina successfully expanded the Dispute resolution practice within Deloitte Legal Bulgaria by providing excellent clients service, combined with her implacable reputation as s litigation lawyer, possessing vast knowledge of the governing legal framework and procedures required for the successful completion of a legal dispute.
